Billing and refunds
If you need help with charges, cancellations, or refunds, email support and include the account email associated with your purchase.
You can also manage cancellation from your account settings.
Account access
For sign-in problems, recovery issues, or account changes, email support from the address tied to your account whenever possible.
If you need account deletion or account-data help, contact support and include the email on the account so we can process the request correctly.
Privacy questions
Yello is built so your voice and writing stay with you. We do not collect, store, or use your dictated audio or writing content for model training, advertising, or tracking.
